Ditolak Di Indonesia, Alat Anti Kanker Temuan Dr.Warsito Akhirnya Jadi "Made In Singapore"

Kabar mengejutkan datang dari Menteri Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi, Mohamad Nasir. Setelah klinik terapi antikankernya ditutup oleh Kementerian Kesehatan, kini Dr Warsito telah meneken kontrak dengan Singapura.

Nasir menceritakan, dirinya menerima keluh-kesah penemu Electro-capacitive cancer therapy (ECCT) untuk terapi kanker, Warsito Purwo Taruno. Nasir menyebut Warsito merasa putus asa setelah klinik terapi antikankernya ditutup sementara oleh Kementerian Kesehatan.

Penutupan klinik itu mengakibatkan Warsito melakukan PHK terhadap sekitar 75 orang karyawannya. Warsito juga membutuhkan biaya tinggi untuk melanjutkan risetnya, sehingga dalam jangka pendek ia meneken kontrak dengan Singapura.

Yang menjadi masalah, menurut Nasir, adalah label alat antikanker itu.

“Apakah itu made in (buatan) Indonesia atau made in Singapore,” kata Nasir seperti dikutip Viva.

Lebih jauh Nasir mengungkapkan bahwa Singapura ingin alat antikanker itu berlabel “made in Singapore” karena diproduksi di Singapura. Sedangkan Nasir sendiri berharap labelnya tetap “made in Indonesia” karena di Indonesia da pengakuan hak cipta ECCT dan ECVT milik Warsito.

Dengan adanya “made in Indonesia”, Indonesia bisa memperoleh sebagian keuntungan dari alat antikanker itu. Sebagian keuntungan lainnya merupakan hak Singapura.
